Eminence Marine PVT LTD (EMPL) shipping company is a leading private company founded by experienced seafarers comprising of Master mariners and Chief engineers with combined hands-on experience of over 100 years, including 70 years of senior management roles in reputed Ship management and ship-owning companies. Our focus is on technical management of oil, product, chemical, gas tankers, container and bulk carriers. Our Management Team
Capt. Sushmit Biswas
Capt. Sushmit Biswas is a Master Mariner with an MBA in finance from Leeds business School followed by executive program in applied finance from IIM Calcutta. He has over 30 years of combined sailing/shore experience. He has worked in various technical and commercial roles ashore with Major Ship Owners like Stenabulk, Navig8 Europe, India Steamship and Charterers MRPL. He has extensive experience in HSEQ, technical & commercial management of oil and gas tankers.
Capt. Pramod Kumar
A senior marine professional, master mariner with over 30 years of experience of sailing and working ashore. He has worked as Head of HSEQ, Vetting, TMSA, Marine Operations, DPA & CSO with major ship owners and technical managers. He has hands on experience in implementing quality systems, TMSA in the companies and ship vetting inspections onboard Oil and Chemical tankers. He has worked with Torm, Executive ship management, India Steamship, Marlow Navigation India. He is a qualified QMS, EMS, OHSAS auditor and lead maritime incident investigator.
